Prof. Pierluigi Bozzi
Prof. Pierluigi Bozzi is an international academic leader, environmental policy expert, and the International Coordinator for the International University Network on Cultural and Biological Diversity (IUNCBD). With extensive experience bridging science, education, and public policy, he specializes in biodiversity management, the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), and the sustainable utilization of natural resources. He actively coordinates research and teaching programs across prominent African institutions, including serving as a lecturer in Environmental Policy and Law for the Pan-African University (PAU) at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and directing academic initiatives at the University of Antananarivo in Madagascar. Additionally affiliated with the Research Centre of Development Studies (SPES) at the University of Rome "Sapienza," Prof. Bozzi dedicates his career to integrating traditional knowledge, biodiversity conservation, and socio-economic development into global academic networks.
